In just two and a half months, we delivered a full turnkey fit-out across two floors, a rooftop, and a 90 sqm outdoor zone in New Cairo. Our team managed every detail: from structural civil works and complex MEP systems to custom-manufactured furniture and the final lush greenery that breathes life into the space.

The result is a seamless balance of industrial durability and organic comfort—creating a "third place" that serves both quiet focus and vibrant connection.

Frenzy Arena by Orascom, Egypt’s first organized competitive gaming arena, spans 1,120 sqm delivered in 4 months at Dandy Mall, 6th of October City.

The project involved full execution of a high-performancegaming environment, including exposed ceilings, black porcelain flooring, dark-tonedfinishes, LED lighting systems, and custom gaming stations, delivered with precision and cost-efficiency through value- engineered solutions.

Comprehensive technical works included DX air-conditioning units, firefighting and fire alarm systems compliant with international standards, and a high-speed data infrastructure to support real-time player interaction. The result is a fully integrated, immersive entertainment space built to meet the operational demands of professional gaming.

Located in The Drive 2 — the sequel to one of Egypt’s most iconic food destinations — the project brought with it layers of coordination, complexity, and creativity.

Spanning two floors with outdoor seating on both levels, the space may be more compact than our previous ventures, but it demanded more intricacy in design and execution. From navigating management alignment with Waterway Developments to handling full interior construction, kitchen setup, and exhaust systems, we managed every detail — design, build, and beyond.
