Kilany Co. successfully delivered the complete turnkey fit-out of The Nest Offices at Cairo Festival City, New Cairo, including all Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, Low Current, and Data Infrastructure works.

Designed by The Kitchen Jordan, The Nest Offices is a premium white-label workplace environment serving multinational corporations, national enterprises, startups, and professional service providers.

As a high-occupancy workspace designed to balance collaboration, productivity, and focused work, the project required the integration of premium finishes, advanced engineering systems, workplace functionality, and life-safety infrastructure.

This project further strengthens the ongoing collaboration between Kilany Co., The Nest Offices, and The Kitchen Jordan, reflecting multiple successful projects delivered through a shared commitment to quality, technical excellence, and efficient project execution.

Built with intention, this space reflects One Finance’s evolving work culture—professional, approachable, and forward-looking. Every furnishing detail, from the desk dimensions to the fabric choices, was selected to serve both visual identity and everyday functionality. Soft textures meet clean geometry, while subtle plant accents bring warmth to the corporate setting. Executing this office was about more than just installing furniture—it was about creating a space that feels aligned with purpose.

Every piece of furniture was custom-built to reflect the brand’s identity. down to the color of the chairs and the form of the tables. Office desks were reimagined as collaborative zones, finished with opaque glass and tailored for both authority and open dialogue.

A carefully placed bonsai tree brings a touch of nature and quiet elegance to the space, striking the perfect balance between corporate and calm.

Furnishing the head office of One Finance was a pleasure. It was important to design it right and decide on what best suits the company in terms of look and feel.

In this branch, execution was centered around clarity, flow, and functionality. The custom-built desks and cabinetry were tailored to the team’s daily workflow, while upholstered pieces and acoustic elements subtly enhanced comfort and focus. Bringing the design to life meant working closely with the client to ensure every inch of the space mirrored their values—modern, grounded, and client-oriented.
